All sales are considered final. However:

1) In the event that PrintHeadExpress ships YOU the wrong product and the fault rests with PrintHeadExpress, we will gladly accept return of the incorrect merchandise AND pay the shipping for that return.

2) In the event that PrintHeadExpress ships YOU the wrong product and the fault rests with the customer, PrintHeadExpress will gladly accept the incorrect merchandise at the customer's expense for shipping if, and only if, the foil package is UNOPENED. Also a 15% re-stocking fee will apply to any credit issued. If the foil packet containing the new print head HAS been opened, PrintHeadExpress cannot take the part back since it can no longer be sold as new. How would YOU like to order a NEW part from us and receive an opened package?

3) The manufacturer's warranty is the only warranty that applies to these sales and PrintHeadExpress does not offer or service a warranty other than those provided by the manufacturer. Therefore, if you have a problem, you need to call the Canon tech support number: (800) 828-4040. If you have a problem with a NEW print head we just sent you from Canon, call us and we will give you the Canon order information that the Canon tech support people will probably want. In all the years we have been selling Canon's parts, I have never ACTUALLY heard of a bad print head.....ever.

4) Because of our warehouse's Fed Ex pick up time, orders placed will be shipped NO LATER than the following business day.

5) If you make a purchase of a new Canon part from us, you automatically agree to this statement of Terms of Service.
